Half day cookery class

Many people have a tight schedule and don't spend a lot of time in Phnom Penh. We believe Phnom Penh and surroundings have a lot more to offer than the obvious sights and thus deserve a longer stay. Also we feel that only a full-day course will give you a real insight into Khmer cuisine. Nevertheless, to meet travellers needs, we have decided to introduce half day cookery classes.

Only in the morning

However, half-day cooking courses will only take place with a minimum of four participants signed up. Half-day classes are only held in the morning (09.00 - 13.00), including a market tour. Markets in Cambodia are most interesting in the morning hours as that is when fresh produce arrives and most Cambodians do their shopping. As you prepare every dish from scratch, a half day class will only give you time to create two dishes.

Online booking

You can book your half day course online. A half day course costs $15.00. The price includes transport from frizz restaurant to the market and onwards to the cooking school, transportation back to frizz, and a colourful 16-page recipe booklet.
